Building Details

Building Infrastructure:

- 4 story building with 512 sqm of space on each floor - Floor loading capacity of at least 1,000 kg/sqm - Floor slab-to-slab height of at least 3.22 m - Raised floor height of 50 cm - Raised floor tiles of high-pressure laminated top for electrostatic discharge, non-combustible material, with cut outs properly sealed with rubber gasket lining - Lightweight Cement Filled Raised Floor, Panels 512 sqm "Atrio" Lightweight Cement. - "AeroFlex" Insulator installed under the raised floor - Perforated Panels, Steel Access Ramp and Insulation sheet - Non-toxic, HCFC free fire-retardant insulation for under-slab to prevent condensation, and epoxy sealant for under-slab and wall skirting to prevent emission of concrete dust that may affect system performance.

Power system

Power System in our Data Center is consist of - Electrical System (Panels, Power Outlets, Lighting) - Generators - Isolation Transformer - UPS - Grounding and Emergency Power quality of main switchboard are compliant with NEC 205 Recommendation & IEEE Standard to maintain the highest level of performance in the power distribution system.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is designed in a parallel redundant (1+1) configuration with dual input to each UPS module for added redundancy. UPS system ("Liebert" Hipulse 160Kva x 2) is configured with 10 minutes battery autonomy at full load in the event of power feed failure.

Configurations for Data Bus provide: - 2 Independent UPS Power Distributions - Eliminate "Single Point of Failure" - Redundant Power Distributed System - Parallel Connection for increase power in the Static Transfer Switch (STS) is integrated with the UPS system to provide seamless no-break power capacity transfer.

Multiple backup power generators clusters configuration (N+1 in the future) is able to support continuous Data Center operation at full load. Generators “CAT” 800Kva x 1 unit with sound proof system in each generator, On-site diesel fuel tanks have the capacity to support continuous operation of the backup generators for at least 24 hours without refueling. Independent Power Distribution Units (PDU) is configured to provide dual feeds (feed A and feed B) from the UPS system such that the failure of one source will not affect the other in any way. Surge Protection system - TVSS 400Kva x 2 - TVSS 130Kva x 2.

Fire Protection System

High Sensitivity Smoke Detection System (HSSD) are installed both under and above the raised floor system of the technical areas to provide early warning of potential fire hazard within the Data Center. This is extremely important to prevent minor fire hazard from escalating into disaster. Smoke detectors (Photoelectric & lonization) are placed both above and under the raised floor system providing a second-level warning to the presence of fire hazards. Upon detection of fire, the environmental-friendly and non-corrosive FM200 gas fire suppression system will be activated to suppress the fire. Fire suppression systems are time-delayed for 30 seconds with provision for manual override in case of false alarm.

Surveillance and Access Control Systems

The Data Center is manned 24x7 by our experts in IT Operation Center (IOC) and security officers. IOC is equipped with set of color "Kadicom" DVR-Digital Video Monitors "Pelco -21" which can be access via web browsers.

Access to the Data Center is controlled by:

- 2-Fingers Scan System at the Data Center Main Entrance and Server Rooms - "Cardax" Proximity Access Control System for EE and IOC room - Exit push button - Magnetic Locks are used to secure all Data Center access points and strategic locations in the technical areas, whcih are monitored by state of the art surveillance cameras on a 24x7 basis (14 set of color camera "Pelco" and recorder model 1816M).

These digital recordings are archived for at least 3 months. All access to the Data Center is governed by strict security policies to ensure that only authorized Gosoft staff and customer representatives are allowed access to the technical areas.

Security

Access Control via Smartcard Proximity Access Control System, Security Cameras are placed at strategic locations to monitor movement both in and out around the Data Center. Security Guards are responsible for physical security by patrolling and monitoring the perimeters of the Data Center as well as the movement control of personnel in and out of the building.

Monitoring and Operations Support

Round the clock visibility of system and device status. Real-time notification system provides three levels of trigger alerts and notification via e-mail, pager, and SMS. Web-based application reports on the current status of your monitored systems no matter where you are.

Resource Monitoring

Resource Monitoring is designed to provide comprehensive parameter monitoring and recording for a wide variety of systems and services. It automatically sends out notification should any of the monitored parameters fall out of the pre-defined range of values. The parameter values are graphed and reported, and is a suitable source of data for trend analysis and capacity planning.

This service provides full management of your data backup plan. Gosoft oversees and manages the data backup process on your behalf.
